The Process of selling your home

 Let's take a look at the selling process:

Step 1 - Preparation

Meet with us to discuss your timeline and put a game plan together. At our meeting we will have ready the market analysis for your home and pricing for the current market. We will walk through the home and advise you on how to  get your home ready to get the best value in this competitive market.

 

step 2 - Sell your home

 We will begin marketing your home after a professional photo shoot as this will greatly increase your volume of interested buyers. Depending on the market, we might need to setup an open house to drive interested parties to your home to see that it is desirable to others. We've got some other tactics, too. 

step 3 - accept an offer and close on the home 

After you start receiving offers, we will compare them to see which is in your best interest. We negotiate with the buyers and potentially let them know of each other to drive the price higher. After accepting your best offer, we help you start the paperwork to get everything in order for the final sale of the home. At this time, we will resolve any contingencies that the buyers may have put into their offer. Once the paperwork is complete, we will close the sale.
